Karen is an absolutely fantastic lady! Her skills, love and dedication that went into our wedding decòr were just phenomenal! We absolutely loved our burgundy theme...fairy light backdrop just blows any room away! Stunning!..and all our centrepieces/and postbox just WOW! Lots of time and hard work go into Karen's planning/organising and setting up, and nothing is too much trouble. No other words, but all our guests and my husband and I can't rate Roses and Hearts enough.. Such an honour to of had Karen for our big day! Thankyou so much. Just made it complete. xx

Karen is an absolutely lovely person who really put her heart and soul into the decorations. Our venue looked fantastic and everything went so smoothly thanks to her. I can't recomend her enough; excellent quality decorations, with a great selection and really reasonably priced.

I was recommended Roses and Hearts by friends and we certainly wasn't disappointed.
I only needed 7 Hurricane Lanterns, I assumed as the business is located in Carlisle and our wedding was to be hosted in North Yorkshire that it may be an issue. Not only was it not an issue we were still made to feel important and special.
We received our hired goods via courier, they all arrived in good time and mint condition, we packed them after our hire period and they were all sent back with no issues.
Thank you to Karen and her service, everyone commented on our centre peices.
We would recommend this service to anyone planning a wedding or special event. You won't be disappointed.

Karen is absoutly amazing at her job. The amazing work her and the team did made the wedding just that extra bit special. She always make sure every tiny detail is to perfection. Karen designed several options for me for a new logo for my photography business. I was really impressed with her suggestions and chose a simple line drawing of floral branch. Really excited about using the new logo on letterheads and business cards too.

Relieved excellent stress free service from Karen at roses and hearts right from the beginning until after my wedding. Karens customer service was above and beyond, the care and attention given to me and our wedding was first class making me feel like the wedding was her only priority. Karen was happy and willing to help with any aspect of the wedding if she could. The venue looked beautiful the decorations matched everything well and was commented on by all guests. The price was reasonable compared to other companies. Communication was always prompt. Would highly recommend!!

I highly recommend roses and hearts wedding service. Karen has the patience to listen to what you want and provide a whole range of samples to help YOU decide on the finished range of wedding stationery - I chose invites, reply cards, menus table plan cards and thank you cards - nothing was too much trouble and she makes the whole experience very special - Good luck with the extended gift range - I will definitely be checking out the ever growing range and have the confidence that the quality and service will be next to none.
