So pleased with my granddaughters toy box, it is exactly what I ordered and they even matched the fabric on the lid of the box to my granddaughters bedroom curtains! Communication was brilliant throughout too and I was kept up to date the entire time. Thank you Rosie Toy Boxes, I will be back for sure and recommend to anyone.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I felt I had to once I had received my lovely toy box! The girls Rosie and Bonnie are so kind and hardworking and brilliant with keeping you up to date with your order. I can tell a lot of hard work and care goes into all their boxes and my whole family love them! They are also very versatile and can be used for things other than toys! Will definitely be ordering more for around my house!

From start to finish Rosie was an absolute delight to speak to, from helping with colour choices, picture updates and arranging delivery, Rosie kept me updated throughout the whole process.
She hand delivered my daughter’s toy box which added such a personal touch and the picture updates did not do the box justice!

DO NOT waste your money on this toybox! I spent £290 on it. It is so expensive and the quality is SO poor. They are cheap flat pack toy boxes. Our letters fell off after a few weeks before I even gave it to my daughter as a present and I was told to glue them back on.

Awful slow communication and always constant excuses. Wrong fabric was put on initially which they had to change and then they couldn’t source the one I wanted so I didn’t even get the right fabric! The stuffing is cheap and lumpy on the seat. Quick to take your money and then not confirm they’ve even received it.
Please don’t fall for the instagram hype! I was in two minds to post a review but Checking the rest it seems I’m not the only one who thinks this. Will definitely not be buying another one.

Rosie toy box are a rip off. £260 for a toy box which is made of MDF, cheap material, stapled on fabric and the letters are literally glued on. Within days the first letter had fallen off, within a month 3 of the betters had fallen off. You’d be better off buying one in b&m for £30 and writing on it with permanent marker the quality is shocking. They also don’t reply when you ask them to sort it out.

Very poor customer service.
I had followed this company for a long time on Instagram and was so excited to order my box. I ordered it as per their guidelines on the waiting list on their website.
I was told the month of expected delivery. That date came and went. I constantly had to chase them. They then said they couldn’t make my design choices anymore. I chose something else.
Months went by. Me constantly chasing them. I then decided to contact my bank after 7 months of patiently waiting who said they could start an investigation. I then felt really stupid that I’d probably been conned sending money via bank transfer as there’s limited protection that way - clever way to ask for payment really isn’t it! I won’t be paying like that again that’s for sure.
Communication was dire and an endless amount of excuses like they didn’t receive my email, they were poorly, their systems went down, I messaged twice so went to the bottom of the list … etc etc. the list goes on.
Eventually they sent the box flat pack - which I wasn’t expecting. It’s not even great quality for £250!!! Lumps in the lid and the name is wonky!
Awful awful company and I’m so disappointed.

I took a big risk purchasing a toy box from here as I really like the designs and the reviews that they would post on their Instagram seemed really good.
I purchased a toybox coming to a year now and it broke.
I spent £250 on the toybox and I told the team and they turned around and told me that they cannot do anything about it, but I could purchase the items to fix it myself.
You would expect the toybox to last for a few years as I’ve spent so much on it, but clearly not because the materials that they use are very cheap and flimsy, so it was bound to break eventually as I filled up the toybox.
The actual hinges, the lid of the toybox Make a creaky sound every time I open it.
Save your money guys, and don’t bother getting a toy box from here.

I honestly regret Purchasing one.

I orders from the waiting list in December, communication and updates are excellent. I paid the quoted amounts including £40 delivery and BUILD cost. I was expecting what I see on instagram a fully built toy box (as I paid for) item arrived flat pack! I contacted the seller who said it all changed and it now says on website it’s will be flat pack if not with in their radius location! I don’t even know their location and the only time I went on the web site was to go on the waiting list,
(Which I was directed to do when making an enquire on the instagram page) all other contact was on instagram
Or email! I was never informed it was flat pack, I was charged for build! They said as a type error on their part I could return! But now my daughter was excited for the personalised Toy box. So I paid a local handy man £30 to come and put it up! Although he said it was easy and only took him 30 mins he had to travel to and from so £30. I had no confidence and didn’t want to mess up a £250 toy box! I emailed for the build cost and asked for the £30 for the incurred cost and inconvenience. And they now don’t have to pay a reruns courier. Despite this they only reimbursed me £15 so I felt the need to write a Trust-pilot review. Again make sure you are happy to purchase a flat pack! As the instagram page and my quote/invoice it said BUILT !
