Avoid if ordering from the UK (especially if the value is over £135). They advertise products as 'tax included' - it is not and you will have to pay UK VAT when your item is imported plus handling fees. For me this was ~27% on top of the purchase price. I contacted them with a question about my product and they responded within an hour. When I attempted to contact them to ask about the tax costs they ignored everything.
