I would give 0 stars

I would give 0 stars. No communication at all.
We sent our machine back because it had some wiring issue and they were supposed to send us a replacement. After 3 months, they say they don't have a replacement machine and can "upgrade" us for £500 to Rotimatic Next. So they are trying to extort more money out of us instead of giving us the machine we already paid £2000 for!

And once we said no and we want the machine we paid for, there is no response or even reply to our messages. Its been 4-5 months now.

Tejaswi very efficiently and patiently…

Tejaswi very efficiently and patiently heard the issue and resolved it. There are few more pending stuff and she promised to get back to me on it, which i really appreciate. Showing commitment is very important.

The earlier agent Rajashree never responded to any of the issues discussed, I have sent follow up emails and on the chat. My 2 weeks were wasted waiting for her to reply or resolve the issue.

Very disappointing and it's a Scam

We have placed our order last week of January 2026 and the expected delivery date was 8 April 2026, we are already in May, and we have not received any updates till date. We have sent numerous emails, and every time there has been the same response. They are a big Scam and very bad customer service. Do not buy this product.

ITS A SCAM - SAVE YOUR MONEY, DO NOT PURCHASE

I cannot give it a minus starring. Worst customer service ever.
Its a SCAM!!! Beware!!
Money taken but nothing got delivered and when refund requested they promised this before 3rd May nothing has been received yet.
No communication and response to emails. No accountability and they dont care about brand reputation either.


Follow up on above, still no communication or any updates. No money received

The tech consultant Harsha was very helpful, he took his time to help me get the settings fixed for my Rotimatic next, it took time but I am glad that now I can enjoy my new Rotimatic next.
The consultant Harsha was very helpful in explaining the process of how to fix the issue of uncooked roti.

Good experience.

Varshini was really helpful in troubleshooting the problem. She was helpful, patient, knowledgeable and most importantly was able to resolve my problem.

It did take some time to get through to customer service chatbot to help me book time for resolution.

I purchased a Rotimatic machine in…

I purchased a Rotimatic machine in February 2025, and my experience has been extremely disappointing from both a product quality and customer service perspective.

The original unit developed a burning smell and stopped working, which is a serious safety concern. After a long and difficult warranty process, a replacement unit was provided. Unfortunately, the replacement is also faulty and unsafe.

Key issues:

The machine fails frequently (around 50% of the time with dough errors)
It has exposed sharp screws that are not fitted correctly, posing a real risk of injury
I have children at home, making this even more concerning

Customer service has been equally frustrating:

Multiple delays (over 2 months without a working machine)
Missed appointments and unfulfilled commitments
Repeated automated/AI responses instead of real support
Having to send multiple follow-ups just to get basic replies

Despite raising a formal complaint, there has been no proper resolution and no accountability.

This product is not fit for purpose, and more importantly, not safe to use. I expected much better from a premium appliance and a paid warranty service.

I would strongly advise others to consider these risks carefully before purchasing.

Harsha m was very supportive. First time after four months of constantly trying to contact you. This is the first time someone from Rotimatic has helped us. He was very efficient and polite and calm . Excellent customer service

Extremely poor customer service

Extremely poor customer service. My rotimatic had a manufacturing defect & it took me over an year of follow up for them to acknowledge the defect. They agreed to replace the machine only if I bought an extended warranty. I did buy it & now it's been over 4 months they have not shipped the replacement. No body responds. They just take your money & then do not deliver.

Poor product quality and Service.

I ordered Rotimatic Next and received it on time but stopped working after a week of use. Had multiple calls with support wasted hours with them and instead return they requested to have a replacement. Went for it and that too stopped working within 2 days and again I have wasted hours with support and no resolution. Finally I have to return it and till date I haven't received the refund on my order.
Very poor customer service and no responses to emails once you return the product.
I do not recommend purchasing their products at all.

Before placing my order they were so…

Before placing my order they were so proactive kept sending messages on my WhatsApp.
I saw the delivery time as 15 - 20 days after placing the order. But its been more than a month that I have ordered and nothing yet, no reply to WhatsApp messages no reply to customer support. I think my money is lost. BE AWARE.

Nicole was extremely understanding, patient, and proactive. She listened to my concerns and took full ownership of the situation. She ensured that my order was expedited right away—the machine was dispatched the very next day, and I received it within just 3 days.

Her professionalism and commitment to resolving my issue truly stood out. Nicole turned a very negative experience into a positive one, and I genuinely appreciate her support. She is a great asset to the Rotimatic team.

Customer support from Rotimatic team

I experienced an issue with my Rotimatic Next machine and was very sure that it was a hardware related problem. But the Rotimatic support team resolved my concern with an over-the-air firmware update. I'm highly grateful to them.
I took away 1 star from my review, since the support team took longer than expected time for providing resolution.

Terrible service and experience

Terrible service and experience. After spending around $1895, we have received a shit product. This is a fraudulent company (takes no accountability for their faulty machine and software). They sell this product to US customers(with long wait time) but no proper customer service; also, it's a waste of time and builds unnecessary pressure during machine usage(as95% times it never works; so don't even try when you are planning to use this machine when you are hungry :P). I have collected all the videos and photos, but they didn't even care. if you notice, they don't have a straightforward option to return on their website; they only provide an email ID, which is useless, and they delay your return process, and later, after 60 days, say the return window is closed and bla bla bla. I tried posting a comment on their Instagram page; they instantly removed the comment and the option to post. So in the end, we declared them a fraudulent company, and fortunately, we are high-end customers with our credit card company, which provided us with a refund. But overall it's a fraud company. I would suggest saving your time, energy, and "money".

for the price they charge; it should be 50% discounted soon and this company might get sued for their support

I am based in Germany

I am based in Germany. Soon after 1 year passed, started getting trouble with continuous reboots. took 2 months of back and forth with Customer care. they diagnosed and told me to ship the machine on my own cost. My initial warranty status was incorrectly shown as 1 year. But when I told them I have 2 year extended warranty. then my machine started working again. It appears they deliberately tried to create issue on my machine thinking my warranty expired. How did the issue get resolved when I told them I have extended warrenty. So it's a complete scam. do not buy the machine. I am even today asking them to ship a replacement machine and no response even after 6 months from the start of problem.
