There was an unexpected delay in receiving the LP I ordered. However as soon as I queried why the delay the contact sorted things out immediately and I received the package within a few days. Packaging was excellent and the Zawinul all analogue reissue is superb.

We are lucky having a store in Nottingham - but I also make use of the web store for special editions and sometimes new releases. Never disappointed, good comms, site is easy to use (too easy if anything) and records arrive quickly with good packaging. Keep up the Rough Trading

Item ordered in March which has not been fulfilled. Their customer service does not respond to emails or chats. Stock auto generated reply received which does not address my query. Very hard to get any meaningful human reply.

Great to deal with. Loving the variety of music and options, colours etc, coming through. I think I'm addicted.

As per normal vinyl arrived as stated, was notified once shipped. Overall a very easy process with a vast library of vinyl to choose from.

Have been dealing with Rough Trade for ages. They’ve never given me any reason to be not coming back. I’m in Australia. Always been packed safely. Highly recommend

I ordered a pink copy of Boys of Dungeon Lane and later a White Label Third Man copy. Both came packed securely so nothing was damaged in transit. When I made inquiries, they were answered promptly. My albums play great!

There’s a reason they’re legends in the game, and it’s not just because their label signed The Smiths. Always get my orders on time - if not before -, never had a single issue with my orders, absolute legends.

The RT website is well laid out and contains the CDs I am after at reasonable prices. Maybe not the cheapest on the market, but I would much rather a traditional UK company gets my business than one of the multinational mega corps! Post purchase updates were good and the CDs were delivered safely in a pretty bombproof cardboard mailer.
