I lost my hair dye to medication I was prescribed. After 31/2 years was informed that I didn't need to take the medicine. Too late for my hair. Then I saw the ad on TH and decided to try it for myself.
After using it for around six weeks my hair has started to look ok. I have new hair growing at the front and I can now style it without having to cover the bald bits. Thank you

I ordered a shampoo and conditioner and although it took much longer to arrive than I was expecting, I finally was able to see what the ‘hype’ was all about. I have been using it now for about 2 months and although my hair does feel softer and the scent is lovely, I can’t go early day that I’ve noticed any difference in new hair growth….. I hope I’m just being impatient, but I’m not 100% convinced.

I have used practically every shampoo on the planet so to be honest I genuinely didn't hold up much hope for this
What I want to say is....literally after two weeks of use the evidence of hair loss in the shower is around 90 % less than previously and my hair definitely feels much healthier. Will be repurchasing x

Very grateful to all these customers who have given what I hope are honest reviews. I can be taken in by the clever marketing of products on social media and these reviews have saved me money.

I have tried several shampoos and serums etc all claiming to improve hair growth but haven’t lived up to claims. Routine however has worked for me. Within a week of using the shampoo and conditioner I had noticeably less hair loss/ breakage and I feel like my hair is generally thicker with less scalp showing now after 3 months. I have frontal fybrosing alopecia and my tricologist confirmed what I thought, that my hairline had grown back slightly in places. I have been using the coconut and vanilla fragrance and it smells wonderful too. Highly recommended.

I’ve been using the shampoo and conditioner for several weeks now. As I’ve grown older, my hair has become finer with less body. It’s now looking so much better, has more bounce to it.
I did see one or two negative rev, and wonder if those people are following the specific instructions for use. I’ve not had a single problem, will be using these products always now.

I read a lot about this product so thought I would give it a try. Totally unhappy about this product in a lot of ways. The review said the smell was great and the product I received did NOT smell like roses or anything else. There was absolutely no smell at all. Not even right out of the bottle!!
Also my hair was so dry and fly away that I was unable to tame it down.. It stood up, clung to my face and totally unmanageable even after I used coconut oil to tame it down. Couldn't even finish using the bottle even though it was twice as much as I have ever paid for a shampoo!

Do NOT try.

I initially requested a refund after one day, I washed my hair and I swore it had sulfate in it based on how clean my hair was after use. When I was told I would have to pay for shipping back to the USA it wasn’t going to be financially beneficial to send it back so I kept it and I am so glad I did. My hair has never been healthier, it is thicker, has more volume, my oil is finally under control but my hair is also the least dry it ever has been. It’s shiny and so soft!

Has anyone else had problems with the smell of the shampoo and conditioner? I recently ordered the Coconut and Almond. When I opened up the bottles it reeked of black pepper! I asked a couple of my neighbors and friends, and they totally agreed. There is not one hint of Coconut or Almond. I am returning these. I will try a different scent and hopefully it will smell the way it is supposed to. The Customer Service has been responsive and timely.

Have been using the shampoo and conditioner now for a few months, if anything my hair is worse won’t be buying anymore

I use all of the products and do see my hair getting much healthier and thicker than before i started using, they gave me a sample of the shampoo & conditioner with my supplements and i definitely see a difference, I will continue to use these products all 4

I read the reviews -- so many positive reviews -- and then bought the shampoo and conditioner. Big waste of money. I ended up throwing the products away after greasy hair experience. Did absolutely nothing for thinning hair. I don't know who these folks are who reviewed the products, but they are not being honest. Really irks me because I count on reviews.

SIMPLE -DONT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS
I bought shampoo and conditioner on their Instagram page, long delivery and after first use my scalp erupted.
Looking at the long list of ingredients (some stated have ‘risk of irritation’)and asking to return their products with free shipping as per their guarantee for first order they refused as claimed no International returns as per FAQ not Terms. Just more lies.
After many emails, expecting me to return at my cost!
I rejected their responses so I referred them to Pay Pal resolution. More emails - Consequently PayPal Refunded my payment. Buyers Beware of buying Instagram products from USA.

Product is really poor. Takes weeks to arrive and then makes your hair like straw. Really expensive and really not worth it.

This is using all products in response to answer all really poor complete waste of money.

Was just about to order this product so glad I came on here first. Thank you so much to everyone for your honest opinions you have saved me from making a mistake and wasting money.

Bad service & how I wished I read the reviews before buying! I believe this company lies. Tara was able to respond to an email immediately when I cancelled a subscription but not to an email sent earlier requesting cancellation of an order sent only about 2 hours after submitting the order. Monies had not been taken at that point so I presume the order had not been processed. Tara waited until the next day to say it was too late. Disgusted!

Wow silly me didn’t read reviews first. Used twice with double hair breakage so a very expensive try of this product now going in the bin.
Lesson learned.

Unfortunately I have had to stop using this. It made me loose hair!!! When I first used it it made my hair really shiny but it wasn’t good for coloured hair. And since the last 3 months I’ve noticed my hair thinning so much and I can only put it down to this as my hair normally grows quick but it is thin.

Horrible customer service, sent email saying was shipping another bottle of hair supplements. Told them to cancel, not to ship had not authorized. Customer service rep. Stated already shipped, no refund and could do nothing about it. Claimed I had subscribed, had not.

After the reviews I read I thought I would give the shampoo & conditioner a try for my fine hair. Im so sorry but this product is not for me. After using the shampoo my hair felt terrible, it was so luggy, I followed with the conditioner, it did improve a little, but not alot. I followed the guidlines for usage too. I tried to persevere with it for a few more washes thinking it would improve, however, it did not. I disposed of both products. For me one of the worst shampoos used. Sorry but obviously not for everyone.
