Such a lovely team to work with. Rowells is one of our crystal suppliers and nothing is ever too much. Always happy to help and we really appreciate the time given to explain more about the crystals or send us videos. We recently took part in the Brazil specials and the team managed to get them delivered in time for our event this weekend. Packed well and the quality is amazing. Really can’t recommend these guys enough.

Over the moon with Rowell Rocks. I paid for my order mid afternoon on a Friday, expecting for it to be packed and sent on the Monday but it was such a wonderful surprise when it arrived next day instead on a Saturday!! The team are super helpful and have great knowledge when it comes to their products. I think they have extremely reasonable prices and make it super easy to shop with. They have a large product range and go out of their way to help you. 100% will order again

I've been dealing with this family owned business for several years now and I have to say I've had a first rate service. The quality of their crystals is excellent and their ethos of working with small crystal wholesalers who support fair pay to their staff is very important for me and my business.

The customer service and social media team are top quality and they go above and beyond by offering either video or photos of any crystals im looking for or what crystals they have in stock.

This company make it very easy to buy from them as they offer live sales shopping, website and video calls. I've spent a fortune....lol
But I wouldn't have it any other way.
I highly recommend them...you won't regret it.

Amazing, family run crystal wholesalers. They are fab! Very friendly and are always quick to respond to any queries. Once you’ve paid for your crystals they are posted and received within 24-48hours. It’s been amazing to have that support as I can then offer my customers a great service in return.
There are different ways to buy which is also super handy, so through live sales, Instagram stories, van sales or in person.
They definitely deserve a 5star review.
