I have just brought a Roenta VU7050fo tower fan, I had read a review saying that there is a clicking noise when the fan is on oscillate, I can say now that this is true I have the same. Not Happy about this as I have it on quiet mode so I can sleep.
I have now had the fan for 3 days, I did what Google said, put the fan on high speed and rotate for 2 hours, done this still the same, so I did it again still the same, I did this for one last time for a hour, it worked the clicking has gone. Fantastico.
So don't give up, let the grease on the motor settle in.

I called and requested my order be cancelled. I was told it would be (I have a phone recording of this) and I received an email confirmation the order WAS CANCELLED.

Now I'm told today the order was shipped and I'm responsible for the cost to return it. This is ridiculous!

I recently purchased a new container with a filter (SS-2230003753) for my X-clean 10 mop vacuum. It turned out there was a problem with it, preventing water from draining into the reservoir, meaning I have to empty the container every 5 minutes. After struggling for several weeks, I contacted customer service on May 1st. After several emails back and forth—they kept requesting additional information—I received a response on May 26th stating that customer service was busy. Since then, I haven't received any answers, and in the meantime, I haven't been able to use my vacuum cleaner for several months. Making the service as complicated as possible, asking for extra information multiple times instead of everything at once, and then not responding in the hope that people give up. The strategy is clear.

I bought a Rowenta battery vacuum cleaner. It lasted 6 months then stopped charging. I took it back to Tien 21 a franchise retailer in Spain near where I live and they sent it to Rowenta service for repair. Been waiting 3 weeks now and still no sign of it. The shop say the service centre do not return calls and are passing the buck saying they didn't have to send it back I should have. It comes with a 3 year guarantee 2 of which are the shops responsibility which means they have to deal with the repair. I have sent them a copy of the law in Spain and after 30 days I am entitled to a replacement or refund. I have bought many things from this shop and expected better service not to be fobbed off. They recommended Rowenta if they knew there were problems then they should told us to buy another brand. The shop have lost a good customer and Rowenta get another bad review. I wonder if they really care.

Just got machine in today, Machine does not work!!! New item .... No way to contact them !!!
Bullshit company stay clear... I just got screwed out of $300.... But I paid with pay pay... Hope that helps!!!

I bought a product ( vacuum)and before to complete 1 year the machine has broken. They dont ansnwer to the telephones or to emails!!!! Also if u will complete a form for reparation request they ask you money!!. ROWENDA COMPANY IS UNACCEPRABLE!!
I RECOMMEND TO ANYONE TO AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Got a vacuum robot that stopped working shortly after warranty and there was no way to get it fixed. The robot was ok while it worked

Good advice by selling a new vacuum cleaner. It does perfectly what they promised and it's easy to work. The extra parts make cleaning very easy and just the perfect way to safe some time.
By far a very good product.

Rowenta X-Force Flex 15.6 – €1000 Vacuum, 2-Year Lifespan, Unlimited Disappointment

Rowenta proudly advertises 15 YEARS of repairability and 6,200 service centers worldwide. Sounds impressive, right?
Reality check: it’s pure marketing fantasy.

I paid around €1000 for what Rowenta calls their best and strongest cordless vacuum, purchased in Budapest in 2023. Fast forward two years — the battery is completely dead. Not degraded. Not weaker. Dead.

This vacuum was used in ONE apartment. Normal daily cleaning. No abuse. No marathon cleaning sessions. And honestly? Even when it worked, it was never impressive. Weak, fragile, and nowhere near the performance of a Dyson. This is not a “power vacuum” — it’s a compromise in plastic form.

Now let’s talk about that 15-year warranty they love to brag about.

Yes, they will theoretically repair it — if I:
• Pay ~200€ for a new battery
• Wait up to SIX MONTHS for delivery

Six months without a vacuum.
So much for 6,200 service centers — apparently none of them have batteries.

Even better: a brand-new Rowenta vacuum costs 400–500€ and can also be delivered… in months. So after two years, my choices are:
• Spend 200€ and wait half a year
• Or throw away a €1000 vacuum and buy another one

That’s not repairability. That’s planned obsolescence with a smile.

A cordless vacuum that dies after two years is not cordless.
It’s USELESS.

Rowenta’s “15-year repairability” promise means nothing when the most important part fails immediately after warranty and replacement takes forever. It’s a slogan, not a service.

Rowenta — never ever ever again.
I would recommend this brand about as much as a punch in the face, because that’s exactly how this purchase feels.

Worst vacuum.
Worst value.
Worst “premium” brand experience I’ve ever had.

Their customer service is terrible. I sent my item for warranty service two months ago, and they've given me ten different excuses since then, like "it shipped and delivered," "your name's wrong in our system," or "we need to contact customer service." It's like they don't care that their departments are all over the place. I bought an expensive item to avoid these problems, but I got a low-quality product and unhelpful customer service. They never sent my item back and refuse to take responsibility.

I purchased an iron directly from the company through their spanish website. Very poor delivery system and chaotic follow up information about it. Better buy the brand products from a dealer that has home delivery properly organised.

I am writing this to alert you... Rowenta sent me two of the same item. When they received the duplicate I sent back, it took four phone calls and almost three weeks to get my $270.99 refund. Then, they shorted my refund by $10.79. When I inquired, they told me, "Sorry, that's the cost of the return label."
They would not refund my money in full. It's too bad they run their business with undisclosed or 'hidden fees.' I do like the item I ordered and gave it a good review. I wish the company's ethics were as good as the product I received.

I’ve always had a Rowenta vacuum cleaner and recently purchased the Compact Power XXL RO4B30.
I’m very satisfied with it!

Pros:
Strong suction power; performs well on different floor types and effectively picks up dust and dirt.
Large dust container, and the filter system is easy to clean.

Cons / Areas for improvement:
The power cord may feel a bit short for larger homes.

I am very satisfied with my Rowenta cordless vacuum cleaner. It is lightweight, powerful, and very easy to use. The suction power is impressive and it effortlessly picks up dust and hair.

What I really like is that it is cordless, which makes it convenient to use throughout the house. In addition, the mop function is a great extra: vacuuming and mopping at the same time saves a lot of time and leaves the floors extra clean.

I have used and bought the Rowenta steam unit for almost 15 years. The last two i bought lasted only a year . Very disappointing for the price

I purchased a new Rowenta Steam Iron Model 2450 in sealed manufacturers packaging on March 17, 2025, on eBay and was registered with Rowenta Warranty Service. On October 5, 2025, a small plastic part dislodged from the handle of the unit causing hot water to spill onto the iron board and myself. I contacted Rowenta and provided them with the purchase information and issue at hand and was told that the defective part was not replaceable and that the unit would need to be returned for repair or replacement. I then was advised that since the unit was purchased on eBay, they would not honor any warrant for the iron. I have purchased two prior similar irons from Rowenta over the past 30 years, and this is how they treat you? Needless to say, I would never recommend nor purchase a Rowenta product again. Shameful!

I’m really happy with the Rowenta X-10—it was a great choice and the recommendation from ChatGPT turned out perfect. It performs very well across all the criteria I cared about: strong cleaning power, easy handling, good mopping results, and simple maintenance. Overall, it offers great value and I’m genuinely very satisfied with this purchase.
