A ghost company

I have used them from 2019-2024, and now again in 2026.

Service was always crap but got the job done, to an extent. Always an issue coming up every 1-2 months, and communication was slow.

Thought I'd give them a second chance but they are now a ghost company. CEO, who handled all comms, left in 2024 it seems, and the site is set up automatically to take purchases.

I have set up a server with them again in 2026, but it is not working, yet they have taken payment...

Zero responses, I don't think anyone even works there now. Do not trust, as they are also hiring from OVH, so they are essentially subletting servers...

Bad server quality

I downloaded a modpack for this game, so we can play it with my friends. But every other hour, the server reinstalls and reboots for 20-40 minutes. Also, at any time the server can time out and you have to rejoin. It can also get harsh lag spikes. The prices are good though, but the servers are bad. Easy admin panel, and fairly good support, replying within an hour.

It was okay

It was okay, nothing more nothing less. it worked, most plugins worked and mcmyadmin worked, but the customer support was okay, the hosting was okay, the price was okay. thats all

Great support and service

Support is answering my tickets in minutes most of the time while I had to wait days with other game server providers.
Been renting Minecraft, Unturned and Rust servers and I can only recommend their service.
Last but not least their prices are quite low considering what you get.
Couldn't find a better price/quality ratio.
