Roxy-italy is a Fake, poor quality of products and ZERO customer service
I have ordered a pair of shoes and flip flops from their website.
I received wrong item and tried to contact customer services to return it.
Sent two emails (one in Italian and one in English), no answer in more than 1 week.
Tried to contact customer service by phone 4 days in a row, continuosly for more than 1h per day. No answer.
