Awesome qualuty, great fit, great colours. I get complemented every time on the golf course for the bright colours I add to the course. Servic is also top notch. Only disapointment is your plus fours minimun size is 32inch and my size is 30inch

All the equipment is well made and the price is good, delivery is prompt and all orders are complete, I love the reaction I get from some of my fellow golfers and they ask where I am getting it from which I tell them, I also am very happy that the My Name5 Doddie equipment is available as it is a great charity and my club have MND as there club charity next year, I am trying to get as many of them to buy this stuff Cheers

“Express Delivery” arrived 5 days late, after receipt deadline
I ordered an item with express delivery (1-2 days) as I needed it for a specific event in 5 days’ time. The item did not arrive until the following week, at which point it was no longer required. Despite cancelling the order and sending the item back, the item was delivered again 2 days later. The entire process was frustrating and irritating, and the quality of the product remains unknown as it was late and never used. The delivery process was unacceptable and rendered the whole transaction pointless for everyone; a pity, as the product may well be excellent.
PS for clarity: after posting this review, I have been contacted by the company who in their reply to this review say that they will "make this right". What this means is that they have told me I can keep the item IF it is erroneously redelivered. It is no longer needed or wanted, so this really does not constitute making this right.

We just wanted to clarify that we didn't mean to imply that keeping the item was compensation. As mentioned in our email, we had already processed a full refund, and we simply wanted to let you know that if the parcel was still delivered despite our request to the courier to stop the delivery, there would be no need to return it.
We completely understand that this doesn't change the fact that the item arrived too late to be of any use, and we're genuinely sorry for the frustration and inconvenience this caused.
