Run away! The worst experience I’ve ever had in Valencia.
They applied extensions of terrible quality, with tips that were way too thin and already visible. I can’t even tie my hair up. I had requested a different type of extensions during my appointment, but they used lower-quality ones instead. On top of that, they tried to charge me more than what was originally agreed. The after-sales service was unpleasant and had a terrible attitude — they blamed me instead of taking responsibility for their mistake. Completely unprofessional. A place that does not deserve anyone’s trust.

She doesn’t respond to any messages calls etc. If you have any questions they want get answered . As far as hair quality give a 10 but customer service 0 !

Quality Product I ordered and I received is not the same... I ordered and pay original hear but received something like hear from Barby doll!!! And product I received is not vorty more as 10 Euro.... Why I pay 139 Euro????
