Royal Gateway 

We also have very bad experience with Royal Grand services. Since Jan 22 there is no response for our mails/calls. How to complaint or contact them... please do help us

We have lost 15750 dhs .December 2021 we did a ticket purchase and they said will reimburse. But from jan 2022 after returning they never picked phone and respond on email id. We didn't get any of their services until now.

I also have opened a complaint again Royal Grand Loyalty Card Services which I believe are the same evil scammers that run Royal Gateway. They took 8K from me and only provided limited service initially, now they are gone and nowhere to be found. I have registered a complaint and waiting for a response. Same thing happen to me . paid 10k but different company. royal grand loyalty card services , i think same group change phone numbers and call different group of families . my case is in consumer rights and its registered company . so CID refuse to take the case .

Its fake i lost my hard-earned money

Hello my name is Divya and i'm feeling so insulted because one of your telecaller her name is Minakshi was calling me and i said i don't need it so she insulted me i don't know what kind of customer service is this she is insulting clients so how you will get clients first of all you guys need to teach your telecallers how to talk to a client seriously. Pls guys show some manners.
