They were fast in signing me up, but it stops there
They were fast in signing me up, but they have a very poor customer serve department. I have been trying for two weeks to get a refund on money that they withdrew after being told that it would be skipped. I talked to them three times sense then and I have had know refund. Credit score is going down because of overdrafts and late payments. I would look twice before going with this company.

Not Very Helpful
Everything was going great until two of my creditors sued me and one garnished my wages. I’ve spent the past 5 weeks calling and being told it was being sent to a supervisor. The first week they kept working on the wrong creditor. Called for the sixth time today because I was promised they would call. News flash: they never call. The only time I got my monthly overview is when I called. Today I was told that since there was no money in my account they won’t negotiate with the creditor that is garnishing my wages. I understand that because it is part of the program but 5 weeks ago I would have had money in my account with them. Continually being lied to is not fun. I will probably be ending my relationship with them soon. I no longer have any faith in this company to help me. My only choice now is probably bankruptcy. It’s sad that a company that seems so promising to start has really let me down when I needed help the most.

Carla, my wife, and I have been trying to get assistance and answers regarding our accounts. We sent our court papers in August and no one has been able to help us. We keep getting passed from one person to another with no results. I have asked several times to have someone call me 316-640-0234 and no one does. You did a great job with the other creditors but have clearly dropped the ball since August.

They immediately improved my cash flow by $500 a month when I signed up.
Then, less than a year into the program, I got into another cash flow bind due to legal problems number two son was having. I called Royal Legal Group and was able to work something out that allowed me to assist number two son, fix my cash flow issue (again), and continue on my road to correcting my financial situation.
Royal Legal Group in general, and customer rep Kevin in particular, saved the day.

I was very sceptic first, because after I signed up I google searched and found a lot of Unsatisfied customers of this program. Not this company, but a lot of scams too.
After you resolved my first credit card with over 60% savings, I am very happy with this program.

Running into problems with Royal Legal Group
**Update**
I've been with Royal Legal Group for a couple of years now and running into some issues. I have a creditor in this program who has been EXTREMELY aggressive with me and has now sued me a total of 3 times. I'm getting very frustrated that nothing is being done to settle with them and this 3rd lawsuit is taking a different turn than the last 2 (the previous 2 were dismissed) as now I'm required to contact the creditor's attorneys myself to make a payment arrangement or judgement will automatically be made against me which could include garnishing my paycheck. I know it is dependant on funds available in the account, but it's very difficult to come up with any extra money at this time to try and get some settlement.
Royal has done a good job at settling some of my other debts and getting those taken care of so they have done some good things, but this is the thorn in my side that won't go away.
