IM NOT EATING THERE ANYMORE!
One weekend, me and my friends go to city to eat and we came acrossed this royal Nova on the way to walking street, they have good offer for lunch cost 89kr so we like to try and seat outside. The waitress looks indian and shes not smiling at all, she gave us the table but it was dirty and sticky, I asked her to please wipe the table, she looked at me with a strange look and say” I will tell my colleague to wipe it for you” then she snob and go! After 20mins she came back and take our orders (FINALLY!)
and ask her again to please wipe the table, she just walked away and took the menu cards
After 45 mins our food came!
( FINALLY! ) were so hungry and patiently waiting for our food. I ordered fish and chips. When she came with the plates, shes asked whos this order? Then I said: mine and then she didnt give me my plate instead she go back inside without saying any word! Very strange situation, I follow her by looking where she gonna bring my plate ( Im wondering maybe she will spit on my food or something)
But after few mins, she came back with my plates with only 2 sticks of small frozen size fish and chips. W%\#T+{^{F!!!
And then she didnt say anything, just a very bad mood in her face. Maybe she has a bad hair day that time or just tired, dunno.. but she shouldnt act like that to customers!
Then we are finished with the food . As its nothing special or taste good to say about the food. I tried to get her attention again, to ask for the bill. She just look with a b%tch eye and came with the little machine after 15 mins.
I dont wanna stay there one more minute or come back at all!!!
Not a good place to eat with such treatment from the server. I know, the job is hard but please dont act like that to your customers!
When I finally paid, I said thank you. She didnt even reply at all! She just walked away…. IM NOT EATING THERE AGAIN! ggeeezzzzzz!!!
