We had a very disappointing experience…

We had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Upon arrival, the television was already damaged, yet at check-out we were asked to pay for the damage. Even though we clearly explained that it was already broken when we arrived, our concerns were ignored. In the end, we were charged €600 for something we did not cause.

Shortly afterward, we noticed that €50 had gone missing from our belongings, which happened while a staff member briefly entered the room. When we tried to address this issue, we were threatened with the police, even though we were about to leave for our flight.

This experience completely destroyed our sense of safety and trust. We strongly advise future guests not to book this hotel, as dishonest practices seem to occur frequently. We recommend carefully inspecting your room upon arrival, taking photos of everything, and keeping valuables secure at all times.

Never!

I am extremely dissatisfied with how the hotel handled a very disturbing incident involving unruly guests. In the middle of the night, we were woken up by repeated phone calls, during which the caller began shouting and swearing at us. Despite hanging up, the person continued to call back multiple times.

We are a family with two children, and our kids were woken up and frightened by this unacceptable behavior. When we reported the issue to the front desk, we were told that the individual was randomly calling several rooms and that they would simply be given a warning.

This is outrageous. For a hotel that claims to be family-friendly and charges €500 per night, this is an unacceptable way to deal with such behavior. Guests who behave like this should be removed from the premises immediately—blaming it on alcohol is no excuse.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!!!

Boring Holiday with services advertised closed

Waste of money, falsely advertised that everything opens on 1st April well in fact it doesn't, they blame the weather for things like the fun fair not operating while the hotel next doors fair has been open all week. The pier isn't even built yet but on the advertisements it's fully operational

No amiptheatre so half the live entertainment isn't the shows advertised but instead things like bingo and karaoke
No pier
No fair
A la carte restaurants will only open if 10people book and pay a surplus charge of 30 euros

We've been back in our room by 10pm most evenings I wish I'd booked butlins in the UK were the entertainment keeps my son going from 10am till 12/1am and saved my money 😂

A nice shell with nothing else

Beautiful building, spacious rooms unfortunately everything else very disappointing. 5 star ⭐️ no way !

You’ll have to pay for fresh orange juice even if you are all inclusive. The main buffet restaurant is overloaded with guests that are all rammed in there because the only other choices are €30+ each for adults and €15 each for children. Another restaurant to get away from the crowds is for over 12s only and there is a cafe with cakes and little rolls. The main restaurant is so busy that guests are bumping into each other and you’ll have to wait for other guests to leave and for the table to be cleared, by this time your food is cold. Want a nice coffee you won’t get it at this hotel hot drinks come out of a vending type machine. The breakfast selection is sadly lacking unless you like eggs cooked in several ways or chips for breakfast. Cereals are cheap and nasty but there is a good selection of fruit to keep you going if you like cold breakfasts.

Evening entertainment? One night we had entertainment a tribute to Michael Jackson but it was in the open theatre where we sat on steps. The rest of the holiday we played cards to occupy ourselves in a no atmosphere lounge area, no music or entertainment, bland decor and seating, drinks served plain in plastic glasses. The seating was stained, the waiters run off their feet and we had to queue to get a drink. Minimal selection of alcohol drinks.

The pools are all next to each other so if you want peace and quiet you won’t get it. Two of the pools had poo in them while we ere at the hotel, staff fished the poo out and guests were allowed back in the pool almost immediately.

My daughter contracted food poisoning we hadn’t eaten anywhere else. She was the only one that ate the spicy chicken. She was very ill, rushed to hospital in an ambulance and put on a drip and meds.

This hotel has a poor history it was shown on BBC Watchdog last year (we found out during our holiday) for poor hygiene and food poisoning. TUI at the hotel said they didn’t know about the report !

This hotel has a chance to be 5 star but they have to stop cutting corners and provide luxury rather than basic. Management at lower level disappointing very dismissive and pleaded ignorance about my daughter being seriously ill with diarrhoea and sickness even though we were told TUI and the hospital informed the hotel.

TUI gave this hotel a fantastic review!! £7500 down the pan as the holiday was awful.

Book somewhere else

On arrival the reception staff was not welcoming at all. Just handed our room keys and told us we can go to our room. When i asked for wifi details, he said i will find in the room, however there was nothing in the room (atleast in english) on how to join wifi. Didn't tell us where would be the breakfast and what time it would be. The staff communicates in Turkish between themselves even when we are part of the conversation which is very rude and humiliating as we don't know what exactly are they communicating with each other.

BIG NEGATIVES:
i) Rude front desk and other laid back staff. We emailed them 5 days in advance of our trip/arrival to emphasize on the fact that we need vegetarian food, however no acknowledgement or response. When we questioned the front desk on arrival about this the man said, he doesn't deal with emails and that is a different team so he cannot do anything and we should try and email again to get a response.
ii) Facilities eg. the rooms doesn't even have USB sockets in this stain age, especially there power sockets are very flimsy and looses the connection every so often.
iii) Filthy pools and surroundings, the drainage at the edge of the pools have fungus and dirt deposited all over.
iv) Unhelpful staff as they team up with local taxi mafias to charge the tourist upto 70-80% mark up rates (yes you read it correct) e.g. the taxi trip that should cost around 150 TL costs 1000 TL just because they want to establish monopoly.
v) No markings to differentiate Vegetarian/Non-vegetarian/vegan food, which is a very basic practice especially considering the price they charge.
vi) The room service is extremely slow, min. 40-45 min of waiting even for things like towels and other general room accessories.
vii) The ONLY TIME the reception staff called us was to check at what time will we be checking out, and even then they got it wrong as we had paid extra already for the late check-out !!
viii) Overall they don't care about you as a customer with a very few exceptions.
ix) The water leaked from the shower, so everytime someone had shower the whole bathroom was wet which was really annoying and they couldn't change the room because they were fully booked. All they did is provide us with extra foot mats.
x) The size of the toilet pots is kids size, so forget someone who is bit healthy even a normal adult would struggle to sit comfortably to do the business.
xi) The hotel couldn't provide us with warm whole milk for the little one, they said you can take the flavored carton milk.

Some few positives:
i) Round the clock food service (although the quality isn't up to the standard)
ii) Couple of chefs/head chefs namely (Ersin & Ibrahim) in the main restaurant only (as the other 4-5 restaurants said they can't cater for us since we were asking for vegetarian only options) are very understanding, however you need to be lucky first to find them and secondly obviously provided they are working.
iii) Some of the cleaning staff is really nice and tried to help us or atleast guide us.

Overall for the price we paid and experience, i will never go again to this hotel to an extent to this location. Even the Antalya International Airport was overcrowded and the administration don't think care about anything. The travelers are poorly treated, i saw random checks being done in public and that too near the boarding gates like the people who are randomly selected for the security check are targeted and humiliated purposefully.

Absolutely disgusting staff & hotel.

Absolutely disgusting staff & hotel.

1. We first arrived and got told our room was taken by someone else and they didn’t have a room for us.

2. The food was raw when bitten into.

3. 5 days in and now have sickened and dirreahea.

4. My niece went on jet ski’s and got touched up by the man came back screaming crying.

5. The staff are rude and do not care about your well-being.

6. The staff are asking for tips/money of you constantly.

7. Went into a room in the evening and there was a women just sat in our bedroom pretending to be room service even though our room was cleaned in the morning.

8. There’s a man throwing bottles of a balcony and near enough hit a kid & the staff do not care.

I would not recommend this hotel.

This hotel promises you the world but…

This hotel promises you the world but delivers well below par. The photos you see when booking the hotel look amazing but they are spread across the sister hotel across the road so felt cheated with what they had to offer. Also the al la carts you have to pay separately after you’ve already paid a fortune for your holiday.
The entertainment was also well below par the Thursday they have a beach party which is good & Saturday day a foam party in the pool but apart from that it’s terrible..
If I was to advise anybody looking at booking this hotel DON’T….

Support and encouragement from Life guard

I went to use the pool and other aqua facilities but was not sure, I didn’t have to ask the Life Guard - Hussien came to my aid made me feel comfortable and was very professional and polite I was happy to use the facilities even if I went alone thanks to Hussien.

Lovely Family Holiday

Lovely Family Holiday. My Husband, 4 year old son and I stayed for 10 days, 11 nights.

The hotel is beautiful, really clean and the staff are friendly & approachable. Nothing is too much trouble.

Our room was lovely with a sea view. The room was kept clean & the fridge replenished daily with water, lager, pepsi & other refreshments.

Entertainment

We appreciated it was the start of the season so all night entertainment was inside, however, would have loved to have been in the outdoor Amphitheatre.

The entertainment team were fantastic & really good with the kids. Yusuf you made Olly’s holiday!!

The waterpark was great, however, would suggest it’s open 10 - 5 rather than 10-12 and 2-4.

They also have an indoor pool which is lovely and warm and includes a jacuzzi.

We did not use the spa, however, it looked amazing & offered a variety of treatments.

There was a games room & kids club too.

Only two of the fair rides were open most of our stay which were for 7+ years and were only open for 1 hour 4-5pm. We noticed the last few days of our holidays the rides for the smaller kids were open and they were open 4-5 & 7-9pm too which was great.

Food

The food was stunning! Looked & tasted amazing and so much choice!

The patisserie is open 4pm - Midnight I now have a sweet tooth!

Ice cream during the day is only available until 3pm it would be greet if it was available until evening meal (it is available in the main restaurant)

All drinks / cocktails are included and with table service you get a bowl of crisps & nuts.

The hotel is huge, there is so much outside space, pools, bars & seating areas.

From the hotel is a lovely short walk to the beach or you can get a free buggy ride. On the way is a lovely outside restaurant (part of the hotel & free) There is also a small childrens park.

The pier & seating area sun bed’s unfortunately was not finished so we could not use, however there was plenty on the beach.

They also had various watersports, however this was quite pricey.

Overall a fantastic hotel & lovely staff. We would highly recommend!!

Fantastic Resort

Fantastic hotel, they have great facilities and set up that caters for all. Great for families as well as just adults and the entertainment team we’re brilliant. They consistently set up activities for children and adults.
The food in the main restaurant was outstanding and the service from the waiters second to none, myself and my son were looked after especially by Ozkan Celik.
The only down side was the room staff, the room wasn’t always cleaned and empty glasses left even after they had been in.
I would definitely go back.
