Workers act like grouchy robots
I went into the Go car wash in White City Oregon on January 6 2025. I have a membership and go in there weekly.
The car wash is excellent. It’s a pretty new car wash and has only been there a couple years.
The wash job is great, and the vacuums are free. They’ll give you an air freshener and dash wipe if you ask.
I have no problems with the quality of the job, or the facility.
The problem I do have is their workers don’t smile or act like they want you there. Ever!
There was one exception. One girl who was there back in the summer actually smiled and acted personable. It made the place seem so much more friendly.
When you pull into the tunnel, the person frowns (a lot) and pulls you up, motions with their hands to the instructions, frowns some more, and avoids even the briefest eye contact.
This is the face of your business.
Is that the way you want your operation perceived?
I will keep going there, but what a robotic and bummer experience.

I'm sorry to hear of your issue- life can be so hard sometimes! But all jokes aside, it sounds to me that most likely you are the problem. Why don't you just initiate the friendly behavior yourself, or perhaps is it you are a bad tipper? Anyway you have the wrong carwash- we are in Dallas, and you need to get your shit together!
