I Bought All of Them

RPGshop.com always does a fantastic job on their dice. The concepts of the dice are amazing. I discovered the website on Pinterest and bought 6 different dice. They are very helpful when you are creating and prepping your campaign, also great for on the fly. Like when one of your players goes off what you got planned.
Eventually I knew I had to get all of them. And that’s exactly what I just did. I bought and paid for the rest.
Best purchase. 👍
P.S. I am a real customer.

I would love to know which e-mail Dan

I would love to know which e-mail Dan used to contact RPGShop since he got such "GREAT" service. I have been unsuccessful on getting a response from them, instead I actually received a text from someone claiming to have received my returned merchandise with my hand written note including my personal information. I placed my order back in Oct. 2018 today is May 21, 2019! I AM SO DISAPPOINTED! If I could rate them less than one star I would. (SMH)

Terrible

Terrible. I brought 4 ice scrappers from them they eventually arrived after weeks. Two different sizes one super large no handle so it’s useless. They are $5.99 each yet I said I want refund for one that’s no good they offer $3. I laughed so said I want $5.99 what I paid for one!!! Nope they said send all back but you pay postage back to China somewhere. Finally after weeks been told I can have refund for $5. I’ve lost the will to live with them honesty I said yes but hope they get shut down they use fake reviews and fake promises shouldn’t be allowed and was advertised on Instagram. They must make a Fortune

Is RPGshop.com a scam?

I am extremely disappointed. I placed an order with rpgshop.com on Feb. 17, today is Mar. 18 and my account still shows my order as “Placed”. I have sent 2 emails using their website’s “Contact Us” button with no response whatsoever. My last email was sent last Tuesday. After searching their website, I have been unable find a phone number or email address to contact them. When “Contact Us” is selected, it takes you to a form with a submit button, no address is available. I will attempt one more email and, if I have not heard from them by this Tuesday, will submit a transaction dispute with my credit card company.

03/25/2018: Update- after 3 emails (none of which received a response) and a poor review, my order status changed to “shipped” and I finally received the order on 03/25/2018. I’m relieved to have received the order, but I will not be doing business with RPGshop.com in the future.

Very Helpful customer service at RPG SHOP

I ordered some RPG supplies and encountered a delay. I needed them for a gameday and they were not coming yet. I did get a personal e-mail from the webmaster who said that they were out of stock and would send when they came. I sent another e-mail to them asking what the deal was a week later. It turns out they got the wrong product from their supplier.

I got a quick e-mail back, he went out of his way to upgrade my order to get the supplies I needed and felt basically that they did a good job meeting my need. I'd go back to rpgshop.com first next time I need stuff that they supply.

This isn't the first time I've had an error or bad experience with an online retailer, but I felt like this company did a darn good job to make the mistake/delay right when given a chance.

Zero customer service

The only notification I received from them is one that confirmed my order. After that, nothing. Checking into my account with them every now and then revealed the status as "picking" then "complete." No notification that my order has shipped ("complete" is ambiguous, whether they have completed the gathering of stocks or completed the processing is anybody's guess). No giving of tracking numbers by which to track the package's movement. Some sites go the extra mile by having a link to the shipping service wherein you don't even have to enter the tracking number after clicking. Clicking on their help desk doesn't help either, as they reject my email address and password so I can't access it. The stuff they offer is not really worth this grief. I'm taking my business elsewhere.
