Avoid! They take your money and hold it hostage for your private ID data
Total scam tactics. I paid for a small €5 order, they instantly charged my card, and then they completely blocked my delivery. Now their support team is refusing to send the items unless I hand over sensitive real-life identity documents and family information.
When I refused to share my private data for a tiny video game transaction and asked for a refund, they just ignored my request and spammed me with automated, copy-paste corporate messages. They are holding my money hostage. Do not trust this site, they are just data-harvesting. Absolute joke of a company. Avoid at all costs!
