You will keep waiting for your products but they will delay with a smile on their face

We have been dealing with them for a few years now.
Our perfume brand gave them the order of bottles in October 2020.
It is April 2021 and we are still begging them to provide a clear date of delivery.
They are very unprofessional and it almost feels like they love making jokes out of their customers.
Also, very difficult to communicate with since their English speaking skills are poor
