It was ok
We like the service the other time we used, but It was a bit weird this time. They put all outside of my door, when we paid for delivery inside. I need to ask them to bring it in because we paid.
But they delivered in time. That it is a good part of the company.

Efficient, Polite and Respectful.
Initial Message that they would be delivering, second message of timescale, telephone call to say that they would arrive in 30 minutes and arrived on time. Asked which rooms to leave packets. They were very efficient, polite and respectful. Thanks 👍

Improper handling of transported goods
I got delivered 4 chest of drawers - only one was not damaged - all of the damage has been done by how it was handled by the transportation company. The driver didnt use proper equipment to carry the boxes and chipped and broke parts in the process of putting the boxes down. Didnt care which side to put it on. One box was obviously damaged upon delivery - I wanted to sign a delivery note and ask him to take the obviously damaged one away - but he was already driving away from our house...Luckily the customer service of the company they were delivering for is 5⭐.
