I just want to say thank you to Noble for his service, he was really well mannered and was very professional, customer service was excellent had no problems what so ever. Got it in and out straight away with little time wasted, 5 stars for sure.

I have been an Inrent customer for a few years, and I have been happy until recently.My HP Windows 10 all in one broke down and was not able to be repaired. I contacted Inrent South Australia and told them the problem. Eventually they sent me a replacement Windows 10 all in one computer.The new computer did not have the same specifications as my old all in one.There is no WI-FI driver in the new computerso the sent me a WI-FI dongle. Today the dongle hasn't worked and I keep getting told the corona virus has stopped transport of computers etc.Borders are open now and I want a pc with the same specifications as my first HP all in one, not the substandard pc they sent me as a replacement.Nigel the man in the service section of Inrent has been giving me the run-around for awhile now, and last time I rang Inrent in early September he wouldn't even get on the phone and speak to me. ...Cherelle R Castle.N.S.W. Today,10/12/2020 I rang Inrent and after waiting on line for 30 minutes I spoke to a lady and told her my all in one HP computer does not have a webcam. She put me on hold, then someone else picked up the phone and hung up on me. Time for me to contact Fair Trading.Cherelle R Castle.N.S.W.

We are very disappointed with their…
We are very disappointed with their unprofessional approach for their own mistakes. We will not deal with them at all, total chaos.

We purchased over $5,600 worth of goods from RT Edwards- Strathpine closing down sale in May 2019. We paid for the goods and balance was paid before the delivery guys unloaded the goods. We received some of the goods which were not ordered by us and billed to us. Fridge we selected for $1,545 was undamaged, when the fridge was delivered it was completely damaged.
RT Edwards only unloaded the goods after we fully settled the amount their accounts dept asked us to pay through the delivery guys. RT Edwards accounts made a blunder in calculating the final payment.
Now RT Edwards accusing us for short payment which was totally their fault, harassing us with threatening phone calls saying that the Police will come and confiscate all the items and also sending default notice. Their treatment towards us is very unfair and unjust
How could RT Edwards threaten us to report to credit agencies for their own fault and we did not have a loan or layby agreement with RT. We paid the amount they asked us to pay. Never again deal with RT

My partner and i would like to say a massive thankyou to Nicholas and Noble for delivering our fridge and washing machine this morning. They are so polite friendly and very helpful, we would reccomend them to anyone

Would just like to make a massive MASSIVE shout out to Nicholas and Noble for there amazing service when delivering our whole living area furniture. Super friendly, quick and even volunteered to carry a huge fridge that was sitting in our garage upstairs for us. They went above and beyond and we appreciate their help so much. These guys deserve a medal!

The guys at Kippa Ring RT Edwards are amazing. Steven in particular gave exceptional service. He went way above and beyond, getting us the best deals. He too is so knowledgeable of all products available at RT Edwards Kippa Ring.

The reason why I gave a 5* for is that the sales rep Daniel did everything possible to help us in requiring the item that I wanted, not only did he help but he also got advice to do everything possible.
The process took a little longer than expected only because of the level of professionalism was extremely high & beyond what I expected, I thought that the item I wanted wasn’t going to happen but Daniel did everything with in his means to send me away as a very happy && grateful customer.
