Rubber Monkey consistently performs very well

Rubber Monkey consistently performs very well in NZ for its web platform. I find some of the most competitive prices along with a great selection of professional tools for filmmakers. I can trust the goods will be dispatched and received promptly, they have been my "go to" for gear for the last fifteen years and I've never had a problem. Happy to recommend.

My order took far too long to arrive

My order took far too long to arrive. I was happy to for it as it was not urgent but 2months wait was far to long. I ordered in November 20th and it arrived last week 7th February. I did get an email a couple of days after ordering to say it was on order and would arrive late December but it didn't so I emailed again to ask and was told late January in which it did not arrive then I emailed again and in Few days it arrived. I have a feeling it got forgotten. Anyway, I am happy with the product.

RUN RUN RUN!!!

Shady company to Deal with, make sure you use PayPal for the best protection. They tried slugging me with a 2.5% re stocking fee with something they "Apparently" had in stock yet to Lazy to send. Also they Tried getting me cancel the PayPal dispute so they can do the shady crap with your money.
