Delivery of the product was extremely quick and easy. Initially dealing with customer service on returns of goods felt hard and their initial contact felt unreasonable. Subsequently, I was contacted and customer service were helpful in accommodating the correct headphones to purchase.

The products were supplied as described and are excellent. I was disappointed to see all 3 products I purchased were offered at a special price or reduced price before the parcel had been sent to me. I would have hoped I may be considered for some consideration of these specials as they were offered before the product had been sent. Would have been appreciated

'How did we do'? I have no idea ... as soon as I saw that you use Aramex couriers I knew there would be problems.. they are routinely inept!. Latest information is the package has been sent to Ashburton... it certainly isn't here.

Ordered an item that I could not find anywhere else in NZ, and even though delivery was delayed (not Rubber Monkey's fault, supplier delay), Rubber Monkey communicated very effectively and updated me with the new ETA, Product arrived and am very happy with the whole experience.

Your service is first rate. I ordered on Satuday night, order was processed First thing Monday morning, goods dispatched same day.
The goods arrived Tuesday morning and put out for delivery by NZ Post Courier that morning.
The Courier driver duly arrived at my place at 4.07pm and this is where it all fell apart. I watched the driver open his side door then proceeded to appear to write somethibg theb threw a parcel across his van, then he walked to my letter box and placed something into it, returned to his van and drove away.
I thought he had put my paecel into the letter box which was wrong because it was signature only.
What a suroruse I got when I got to thd letter box!! There was a note saying sorrt we can not deliver your parcel becayse no one was home. WTF he didn' even try to deliver it, never came and knocked on my door, and whats more it must have been my parcel he threw across his van!!!
Your service was great, the Courier of Run 30 was nothing less than disgusting!!
