Lovely people to deal with and a superb product
From start to finish, this company has excelled. The staff are so friendly and helpfull and the product is superb. I have made a few mistakes being my first time but the technical expertise from the company have made life easy for me as they are so helpful.
Its a great company and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Disreputable customer support
I ordered what I presume was a relatively small piece of rubber (2.6x4) for a campervan roof. It was well packaged on arrival. Unfortunately when I opened it the roof was wet and dirty throughout, with large wood flakes and lots of left over tape from it being previously packaged. It was clearly a piece that had been returned to the company by a previous customer. Given the state of it, it clearly hadn't been checked for damage or suitability to resell.
I emailed the company with my concerns, they first tried to blame the courier, but this couldn't have been the case. They ignored the points I raised, but did offer to send another piece. This was unfortunately more inconvenience than I could bare, so I cleaned the rubber and inspected it for damage. I installed it with the provided adhesive, no concerns.
Very disappointed to have paid full price for a secondhand piece and then receive deceptive customer support.
All of the rubber roofing companies seem evenly priced, so I would advise to skip this one and hope that the others are more reputable.
