Dear mr Carney, we regret it that the description of the article you bought has not been clear. As shown on the website there could be chosen for a meter piece or for a full roll. You have chosen for the meter option instead of the option for full rolls. These 2 options have both been visible on the webpage before and at the time you placed the order. The order amount has been refunded to you.

Mixed experience
Rubberstock have a rather confusing website; especially the email request dialogue that pops up and obscures the 'continue' button during the purchase process! They also managed to send the wrong product initially. They were very helpful and quick to remedy the situation though, and the product is very high quality and exactly as advertised. Hence have earned themselves 5 stars.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
Ordered £600.00 worth of items ( order number 17006257 ) - 900x900x40 solid rubber - I have been sent 40x40x900 - I have tried and tried to contact the company via email and phone - no reply. I wouldn't trust this company with any further orders - I will now have to try and retrieve funds via the bank.

The website and purchasing system all worked well. Unfortunately after 10 from purchase, items still have not arrived, UPS portal not giving any updates. I’ve therefore tried to speak to customer service and all I get is an answerphone message. Starting to get a little concerned I’ll ever receive the items at all.

Disappointed in having to pay £25.00 for shipping costs for a small box, less than 5kg, As its for a customer these costs will be passed on, if it was for my own use I would probably have shopped elsewhere.

Once I managed to contact you
Once I managed to contact you, I got the product I needed ordered and delivered. Several previous phone calls and on line messages were not responded to. The product is good, but the price for a short length of 3m was £36/mtr in my view very expensive when 24m would have been half the price. per metre. I did speak to someone to ask if the price could be reduced but there was no discount forthcoming. Don't really understand why my 3 mtrs could not have been extruded with a larger order of the same product allowing me to be charged the lower price !!!
