As you are based in the us I tracked the package and see it was returned from US customs.. did you not receive notification that the package was ready for pickup?

It's really complicated to send back…
It's really complicated to send back the things I ordered, because it looks like there is no return slip. The return shipping is very expensive, I'm really angry. If I order something in Germany, the seller pays the return costs. The email service does not respond specifically to the questions asked! I haven't experienced anything like this so far and we order quite a bit on the Internet. If it were up to me, I wouldn't order from you again!

hey Anna, sorry to hear you had a bad experience when returning, because you had to pay for returns.
its obviously more easy to give free returns to germany, for a germany based business.
We are looking into finding ways to offer cheaper/free returns to our many German customers, as we know this is something you are used to in Germany.
Hopefully we can fulfil that wish in a short time.
