The thing to understand about this company is the best way to contact them is on facebook messenger. Once you know that you can get a quick response. I ordered a rug which did not arrive and when I told them they resent one and kept in communication with me until it did arrive a few days later. The rug was well packaged and arrived safely and it is really nice and just what I was looking for.

Diabolical to deal with, my rug never arrived in Cork, Ireland. They sent me a pic of a line going from a map of England to Ireland, and they said that was proof of delivery. Total conmen, they owe me over 160 euros. I bought this rug through amazon.ie

Do not purchase online. Over 24 hours later and no order acknowledgement. Phone number rings out and emails not answered.

I finally found an anti-slip mat for the kitchen that I liked, tried to order as a guest, but it would only let me pay through paypal, which I don't use. Queried this with the Company and got a flat reply that they only use paypal. They certainly don't want customers!

Purchased two rugs through Amazon from Rugs city.

They in their wisdom couriered them with Evri/Hermes.
Big mistake!!
Had I known this prior to ordering, I would not have subjected myself to the considerable hassle that took place. Lost delivery. No small items.
Firstly, you cannot get hold of Rugs city on the phone. It just rings and rings and rings.
E mails not responded to. With the exception of the requests from Amazon to respond to customer. When received illegible nonsense.
Requests for refund ignored. No customer service. Take the money and that’s it !
This company needs to take customer service seriously. Whilst I appreciate the courier service is at fault ( with so many negative reviews about Evri Hermes) they should be reviewing delivery and making a positive effort to resolve issues immediately, without the likes of Amazon chasing them up.
Could do better.!!! Minus rating.

Order rug 3-5 days delivery. Week later informed that order was rejected. Now out of stuck.
But hoped we would use them again.
Let me think NO.

Still awaiting my order after 15 working days. Have paid for this too.
Communication to me re: my queries about its whereabouts not satisfactory.

I bought a beautiful blush pink rug for my bedroom through their website , the delivery was quick and the rug is absolutely gorgeous.The colour is more beautiful than the picture seen and the quality of the rug is really good, soft and smooth.
