Smooth orders and easy returns
I placed three orders (outdoor carpets), all of which were delivered on time and exactly as described. The products are excellent. I needed to adjust one order due to an oversight regarding the size. The returns process is straightforward: simply follow the instructions, print the return document and bring the item back to the nearest delivery office they work with. I emailed them to ask about my return and reimbursement, and they responded quickly, even late at night, and followed up the next morning. It’s a pleasure to order from them!

Many choices BUT is it healthy?
Many attractive choices and customer service seems attentive, but I’m not sure about the quality of this rug. Will the fold lines and the curl ever come out of the rug? Where are the instructions about how to get rid of these? And most importantly: the smell of chemicals is awful!! I worry about the health of the people who will be in the room with this rug. It smells so bad. Probably carcinogenic?.

Please note that we provide all customers who contact us with detailed instructions on how to remove fold lines and curl marks from our rugs. Many of our products are shipped folded due to the requirements of the shipping companies we work with, such as FedEx and UPS, and fold marks can occasionally appear as a result, but they disappear after a few days

La ringraziamo per la Sua opinione. La ragione per cui pieghiamo i tappeti per il trasporto è perché siamo obbligati ad imballarli secondo le norme e le regole di sicurezza e di trasporto dei nostri partner di spedizione UPS e Fedex. La piegatura riduce al minimo il rischio di danni al tappeto a causa della minore superficie esposta, oltre a ridurre al minimo i costi di trasporto e a facilitare la movimentazione. I segni di piegatura dovrebbero scomparire da soli dopo che il tappeto viene steso sul pavimento e riacquisti la sua struttura piana. Per accelerare il processo, quello che si può fare è spazzolare il vello nella giusta direzione e/o mettere un po' di peso come un mucchio di libri sul tappeto per qualche giorno.
Se invece Lei desidera rendere il tappeto L'invitiamo a contattarci un altra volta con la richiesta di reso.
