No refund of payment.
I do not recommend this company due to the lack of a refund for order 2582171. I have been waiting for my money for two months.
On question by emails about refund bots keeps replying with the same message.
EDIT: I still didnt received the money. If refund made on 7th January i should already have it yesterday. No money on account = no refund.

Wrong product delivered
I received a completely different rug from the one I ordered. Different size, different style. The company was quick to provide a return shipping label when contacted, but that's about the only positive experience I had in the whole process.

Love my rug :)
Ordered a very large rug 3x4 m. It came all curled up in a small bag, and I was afraid it would not fold out nicely, but it quickly did and the rug is beautiful.
They use Fedex, and that company on the other hand do not know where there delivery guys are at and can not call them, so their costumer service is at no help what so ever.
