I was hesistant to make an order because of the bad reviews but they were very quick to reply to questions related to shipping. They shipped the item on the same day. A few days later I made a second purchase and then realized it wasn't exactly the version of shoes I was looking for so I asked to cancel my order. They did the morning after on a Sunday. Will definitely buy from this online store again.
Having read some negative reviews and nearly didn’t order because of them, I thought it was only fair to describe my experience of Runmarkt - superb! I am very happy - ordered a pair of Saucony trainers. Half-price, excellent value. Item arrived (international shipping) in just 2 days. Excellent service, thank you very much!
Ordered a par of shoes on a monday evening.. And I received the shoes friday. Very Good!
Just one thing! When ordering from the website, remember to make a Runmarkt account before buying the item.
When you have done that, log on to your account and then make the order.
I didn't do this, and I think that is why I didn't get a confirmation by email.

No replies to emails (5), goods never received, no reply to PayPal claim. I would expect something bettter from a German shop.
