Had a dispute and they dealt with it…

Had a dispute and they dealt with it perfectly. My experience is a good company. I seen all the one star reviews and was sceptical but no I stand corrected and believe them to be decent with an unjust reputation.

It’s a scam

It’s a scam, frustrating because this website was suggested by google and everything seemed fine, I wasn’t concerned when I was charged in Chinese, but I eventually received a ‘Hermes’ Scarf, the fact that I got fake goods wouldn’t be as annoying if it was at least the item I ordered 😂 last I checked you can’t wear a scarf on your feet! AVOID like the plague, they’ll ask you to return the product which ends up costing nearly as much as what you pay in order to be entitled to a refund. Good luck if you have ordered from them!

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

I am just disappointed I did not read any of the reviews of this organisation. Please do not order any trainers from this company which is based in China. It is marketed as if it is UK based. I ordered two pair of trainers but got a £10 cheap pair of sun glasses in return. The company claimed the shipping company delivered the wrong goods to me. They refused to refund me saying they had also lost money through the mix up.
DO NOT buy anything from this company.

FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD

FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD - crooks must be shut down! Trainers were ordered As a birthday present then a month later I get sent some Burberry socks! Their response was can we keep the item and they will give us a 32.6% refund. That there is No point sending the item back as we have to pay for shipping and it will take a long time. And they are also the victim in this as the correct item would have been lost and sent elsewhere. Let’s be honest they know what they are doing. Sending cheaper items to customers and pretending it was in error. Then giving tiny refunds. They are obviously operating in this style to make a buck. Sneaky Crooks. Do not buy from them!!!!

Scam Scam Scam

If I would have choice I would give them minus star rating.
They don’t deserve even a 1 star.
I have ordered trainers for my daughter £66!
They charged £15 for delivery so I was expecting a quicker delivery. This was in October. I had an automated email that they have received a payment. After a week I tried to look for contact no on their website where it says page not found. I tried to sent and email to them where the reply was please contact the website u have ordered it from. There is no way u can contact them anywhere. I spoke to bank and they said I have to give them 15days which is over now. It’s a big time wasting and big disappointment for my 12years daughter. 🙏 please don’t waste ur time on this. They are fake. Scam scam Scam. I wish if I would have read the reviews before ordering.

I tried contacting whoever this runner…

I tried contacting whoever this runner shoe place was. They sent me sunglasses. The amount was different than what was charged in my confirmation email. So the package was marked as delivered. They have three different emails. None of them seem to work. The support email provided in the email was an automated response that told me to contact the site I purchased the shoes from. I order a pair of men’s shoes and received an oversized pair of women’s imitation Gucci sunglasses. Real slick

Runnershoes Site it is a Fraud Scheme

This was the last message I sent them, by e-mail and at their site. Instead of a PAIR OF ADIDAS SHOES FOR MEN, I got a pair of sun glasses supposedly branded "Ray Ban" (the box with the informations of the sender are all in chinese). This is a scheme, I realise that when my credit card was charged by a Company of Beijing (China), but then it was too late... No refund, no answers given, absolute silent... I ask myself how can a site like this be still operating. I'm from Portugal, I don't know what Entity should be contacted to report this fraud, but I will try to get informed about it.

"Good afternoon,

After all the email's sent and all the messages left on this site, in which I have not received any reply from, I have just received in the mail a pair of sun glasses supposedly branded "Ray Ban".

You gotta be kidding me: I ordered at the site “Runnershoes.UK” a pair of Adidas Originals Gazelle Super Shoes Men Grey One/Mystery Ruby/Gold Metalic/Size UK 7 = EUR 41, the invoice is enclosed, as well as the order confirmation.

I don't know how you want to resolve the issue, but since I had no return of the money spent on this purchase, as I first asked, when I realised this is coming from China, and you charged my credit card in the amount of €50.34, I want what I have ordered and not a pair of sun glasses.

If I do not have any kind of response from you, I'm going to report this situation to the competent authorities.

I wait your contact to solve the situation.

Regards,

Ordered a pair of Adidas on runnershoes.uk.com with the comprehension that this was an English site, but once the money was withdrawn from my account, I could see that it was in Yen. I contacted them, to ask why the used Yen because I would never have ordered the shoes if I knew that they would be sent from China. But they never reacted to my mail and now 1½ month later I still haven't received the shoes. I tried to contact them, but still no luck.
