Stock mistake, slow response time
Placed an order for a pair of shoes, money was withdrawn immediately, but after a week I was told there had been a stock mistake and was given the choice of other colours. I requested my money back instead. After no response to several emails requesting my money, I only got an answer after threatening with going to my bank to reverse the visa transaction. I did get my money back after 2 weeks, but I do not recommend this shop.
