The installation of the Shockwave is incredibly simple and the audio quality is exceptional. The only minor drawback is that the buttons aren't very intuitive at first, but once you get used to them, they don't cause any problems. Overall, I'm very satisfied!
Easy to install and works great. The only downside of this one is that it cannot be paired to other vendor communication units which is strange given the price tag.
Shock wave has very nice sound quality however the device will not turn off at all with the buttons I have to remove it and then connect it back in
Sounds good, easy instal, only thing i'm not happy with is the little flap that covers the usb-c port while riding somtimes it wil flap open and thats not what you want in rainy conditions but overall a great device

Over priced compared to a Cardo
Easy install and great sound quality.
Installation made very easy, sound is amazing. The thing i don‘t like are the buttons on the schockwave unit. Very small and weirdly placed on the unit.

It’s a pretty weak sound system. The volume of the music is good considering I do need to hear the traffic moving around me. Although the inability to take/make phone calls makes it hard for me to recommend it to others. During phone calls I cant hear anything the person is saying on the other side of the line. I find that quite annoying when I spent $700 when all was send and done for the helmet, the comms system and the visors. A suggestion I would make to improve the quality of life for users of this product would be to flip the charging port cover in the other direction. It catches the breeze like a sail when reaching cruising speed and flaps in the wind. Again. Not a good look for the money.
Nice sound
The audio quality when listening to music is decent, but the call quality compared to my Cardo packtalk neo is quite horrible. I'm not sure if it's because of the louder helmet or the algo handling noice cancellation. BUT when ordering my helmet the Shockwave was free, so I can't complain because I have a party inside my helmet when riding.
The Shockwave Bluetooth audio was included free with my EOX helmet and I have to say I'm highly impressed with the sound quality. Easy to fit and use. May be a bit fiddly to find the buttons whilst wearing gloves and riding, but yet to find out. Would be happy if I'd have paid the £170 for it.

Very mid quality and minimal features for a ridiculous price.
Love the design and how it fits into the new EOX helmet. But had an issue with the microphone right out of the box and had to get that piece replaced.
