After a terrible accident, my helmet was compromised. They provided the service exactly as mentioned. Gave me 50% off my next helmet replacement. My helmet didn’t look anything like any sort of destroyed helmet photo you had seen online so do submit your claim in any condition that may compromise the safety of your helmet.
