I have contacted them multiple times and have gotten nowhere. you cant even click on the customer service contact link they show on their website. Qra Hkdmossgyre. Received an order confirmation email and a delivery email 3 days later. Delivery was supposed to take 15 business days. After 17 business days no delivery. Checked tracking but site doesn't work. Sent email to cust service. No answer. Went back on site. Order status does not recognize my order number. Then came email saying it was delivered check with neighbours. When I asked confirmation delivery they asked for my address. I refused. They are just buying time. 40 days later I am contesting transaction with VISA.

I was looking for a battery which was sold out everywhere and found it here. I also bought some canvases to teach painting to kids and one house letter. I read lots of reviews on the website and thought it was legit. There was no confirmation email. When I go to my order with them on their website it only states the order number and payment received. I emailed them 3 times asking for a tracking number, and no response. On my transactions for my cc it has a different non-English name and they charged me more than what the order total was. I contacted my cc company and they advised me to dispute the sale in 30 days which I will. Grateful I didnt pay with a debit card or I would have lost the money
