Applied for a role, received a phone call soon after. Then telling me unsuitable for the role for a ridiculous reason. He was so rude on the phone and talking down. Then when I finally got a word in, he finally realised that I was more than suitable. He the explained the role and told me he'll send me details for the interview... Never did. Wasted my time.

Don’t pay you when there’ supposed to blame the company you worked for absolutely disgusting people don’t answer emails or phone calls avoid

absolute waste of money, wasted so much money on the appropriate clothing for the job and also spent money to book a test that was needed all for my boyfriend to arrive and work for 3 hours only to get told he cannot work any longer as he was not the appropriate age, should’ve read the cv before messaging him about getting the job absolute joke.

I recently worked for Russell Taylor as a Painter and Decorator. I communicated with Morgan who was excellent in every way. The duration, rate of pay and job were exactly as described and I was paid correctly and promptly.

Worse agency I ever work. Unprofessional and not responding by phone or txt. They force people to use his own umbrella payment company which was same director as Russell Taylor and they charge twice National insurance for worker and for his own . They should be illegal and prosecuted. Pure scam and fraud.
