People in Spain need extend delivery…
People in Spain need extend delivery times but use the word "normally" to escape guilt, an order placed Thursday still no arrived on Tuesday. I would always prefer truth.

'Normally' is used as we use 3rd party couriers to send orders, we have absolutely no way of guaranteeing a date unfortunately.
