This is a very big scam

This is a very big scam, anyone can trap into it easily, i lost around INR2.75lakh on this platform, now i will share my experience they have a team which one is analyst and they ask for to recharge the platform to make an appointment with the analyst and then everything is going well when the time comes to withdraw your money, it will never be withdrawn then they ask for platform taxes which comes from your profit, actually they have a sharp mind to trap people's, yes honestly i didn't pay the tax cause
i understand all there plan after taking tax they seize my trading account and they will lost forever as my funds lost, they ask you to give tax in the due date and as soon as possible otherwise the UK Govt will froze your account. I am traped into it from 6-7 months ago then finally it happens which i wasn't understand before. They have official website look like legit and transparent anyone easily can trade into it and the team as they gives there locations are Hong Kong, Malaysia, are looking like Chinese religion. There name is which i have Janey, Mr George( Analyst), Mrs Gadir Cooper. Very big scam she suddenly change her country number starting from +447438017245

It's been 2 weeks

It's been 2 weeks, my wallet lock has not been removed, customer service is not responding, I have not been able to respond or process for weeks.. can you please help?
