This company is a scam, stay far far away. They failed to deliver the contracted services so I had to cancel the contract and find another company. They agreed to repay me the deposit I made but still have not done so. I have in writing from them they would repay the money owed by the end of March (it should have been repaid in October) but as of today they still have not repaid. When you try to call you are on hold for at least an hour. They say a supervisor will call you back and no one does. They do not respond to emails. Pure scam.

These guys took a 600 euro deposit from us in April 2023. They have done nothing to actually do the work, they take weeks to reply to emails, and their phone number no longer seems to work. They refuse to return the deposit. Like so many of the other reviewers here from the past year, I guess I was scammed by a company that looked reputable, and was very efficient at giving us a quote... but then just disappeared with our money.

İ signed the contract with this company and made the advance payment at the beginning of June 2023, for planning the start i had to call many times after the payment. İ told them about the dates that we are not available because of he summer vacation and so called painter called me with an anonymous number and told me that they can start just the day after our vacation start date. İ called many times and was held on the line no less than 40 minutes and received no answer and no response to emails. When i wrote another email for refund they immediately replied that they can come in April. İ can not trust them anymore and I will sue if needed to take money back.

I contracted this company and they were quick to check and give a quote. There was a person next day to check the measurements. But the plaster did not show up on the agreed date. The company stopped phone support and get respond after weeks. I had to arrange and align the dates with plaster guy. Its better to work plater guys you know and work directly with them.

scammers! I paid %30 of the job which is more than 1000 EUR. I have been calling/emailing but no response.
I will sue them, is there anyone who wants to join for a collective case?
