Came to look at a Peugeot Rallye it was…

Came to look at a Peugeot Rallye it was not as advertised as it did not have a catalyst and the driver's side inner front wheel arch has fresh paint on it which stained my hand, also it had filler and rust painted over. The underside had patches of fresh paint to hide filler and rust. I asked for the return of my deposit as it was not as described. It also had modifications that was not disclosed in the listing. I had the car's paperwork in my hand. They threatened to lock me in. I was then assaulted and pushed down to the ground twice. The paperwork went flying. Police were called.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Useless Warranty + Loss of earnings for my company.

Myself and my colleague decided to purchase two vans from this company, after agreeing a price I drove 2.5hrs to pick up both vans, the guy dealing with us was pleasant and completed the paperwork including the years warranty as promised in the add, we ensured that we could use any VAT registered garage if any faults were found and we needed to use the warranty at any point, we drove both vans back home, on the way home we had noticed that one of the vans had a slight crunch when changing gear from 3rd to 4th.

The van with the issue was taken to a garage to take a look at the problem, we were given a few different quotes, all of them 2.5k plus to repair the gearbox fault, this was relayed back to the garage as we had the years warranty so sent them the quotes, I was then told that the warranty was for a maximum of £500, we were told that they wouldn't foot the remaining bill and that I would have to drive the van back to Wales and let them fix it with their local garage as they could do the repair for 1k, Initially they said they wouldn't pay for the work but later agreed to pay half of the bill, as there where no other options available I agreed with this providing that get a VAT receipt for my company, they had the van for two weeks costing me hire vehicle costs, loss of business and many more man hours driving to and from wales with a 2nd driver, the guy had me send payment to his personal account... and promised to send the VAT receipt detailing what had been completed by the garage on the Monday as this was on a Sunday, we have never recieved the receipt and now have no reply from the garage, not happy, luckily the gearbox feels better than it did, I hope it lasts, I do not recommend buying from this garage.

Should be avoided as though your life depends on it.

R W MOTOR COMPANY...Mr and Mrs willis defrauded people through the lockdown, making life even more difficult than it already was. The £3,500 we paid to Robin and Emma was for a vehicle described as 'mint condition' and fully serviced, it was far, far from it! No service carried out and now Nearly £1000 out of pocket after paying for defects, so how bad their more expensive vehicles are is a HUGE worry to any future potential buyers. And then to be laughed at and mocked because of my disabilities (brain injuries and associated conditions as well as complex ptsd and reconstruction surgery) went further to show what kind of human beings these people are. ROGUE TRADERS!
BE WARNED!!!
MAKE SURE YOU INFORM TRADING STANDARDS OF ANY COMPLAINTS TOWARDS TO THE ROGUE TRADERS! And also be sure to leave reviews on their Google maps and Auto-trader pages to ensure more people are aware of these disgusting people. Robin likes to delete negative reviews and replace them with fake positive reviews, from his wife etc!
