Faulty glass covering
Faulty glass covering. Photos sent. Asked to return them. Agreed faulty but am awaiting replacement pair - 2/3 weeks. Grand daughter upset as she will be without them for 1 month out of cricket season

I’m sorry to hear that the product you received had a fault. All items go through quality control checks prior to leaving us, but unfrotunately it would appear that this one must have slipped through the net.
I can see from your email correspondence with Dior that we received your frame back earlier this week and it is now with Tifsoi to complete the warranty process. I can see that Dior has quoted 1-2 weeks for this, although we are pushing to receive the replacement ASAP.

Oakleys arrived in perfect condition, in good time. I returned a separate glasses case as I realised I didn’t need and was refunded punctually.
This is the second time I’ve ordered from here and both times the items were pristine and had easy returns. Both times it was the best price.
