House sold easily; however Viewings were delayed. I only found out after a month that they were delaying Viewings by upto 10 days as they were busy!!

I only discovered the issue by pushing why a specific viewing was scheduled in 10 days rather than sooner.

In the end only 1 person viewed; who bought the house. Could I have got more?

Rest of the process good, but not sure if they were worth the extra compared to other estate agents.

You kept my holding deposit which you may think you have the right to do, but it seems your company treat perspective tenants unjustly and unfairly.

I found the service very helpful during the purchase process, regularly keeping me informed of progress.
