Absolutely stunned at their lack of communication or inability to answer phone calls. Asked my insurance company to refer me to another garage.

Customer service is absolute rubbish!
You have to call 100 times just to get through to someone in no matter what option you choose just to try and get through to someone. You have to leave a message and they don’t get back to you!
Repairs are absolutely out of this world. They’re ridiculous.
They approve themselves to multiple agencies, however myself some sort I’m not quite sure. As a part of the most support industry, I can assure you of this.
Customer service comes first and there is no such thing. I don’t need to be calling in every day and getting a voicemail which no one replies to.
Being told I get called back and never got a phone call.
At all cost, I would say just avoid. This is by far the worst company I’ve ever dealt with.

My car has been repaired in a very professional manner, with the staff easy to deal with. The paint colour and finnish to the paint bodywork blend expertly with adjoining bodywork panels. With the repairs having been completed in
super quick time.

10 out of 10 been dealing with Bishops stortford brunch, had hassle free experience, customer service outstanding, all been organised so well and car delivered clean inside out and fully repaired. Thank you

I had works completed via my insurance company with Rye Street Braintree. My car was collected, I had updates every few days on the status of completion and on a fault that was located during the work being done. My car was delivered back valeted and was immaculate and the work done looked perfect. Friendly staff too. Thank you

I had an excellent experience with Rye Street Group in Borehamwood. Julie, the receptionist, was incredibly helpful, arranging for my car to be picked up and offering a courtesy car, which I declined in favor of dropping my car off myself. She kept me updated throughout the process, and despite the initial two-week wait estimate, they completed everything in just one week. Jason, the estimator, went above and beyond by noticing and repairing an issue I hadn’t spotted, all at a reasonable cost. When I picked up my car, it was spotless, and they even included a lifetime warranty. Highly recommend!

I have had an amazing experience at Rye Street Motors. My car was repaired quickly and well. no problems since having it back and it is clean and smells amazing. I had the misfortune to have an accident just before Christmas & the insurance gave me an option of three repair shops but recommended Rye Street Motors & I accepted that recommendation. The formalities having been done I received a text message from Rye Street Motors to contact them. I left the van in & the quotation was sent to my insurance without delay & the work was approved. I was kept informed of progress at all times. I was really surprised to see the quality of the repair to my van, a new door had been fitted & the entire side of the van was resprayed which I wasn't expecting & the paint matched in perfectly. New plastic trims were also fitted & the tracking corrected. A big thank you to Daniel & all the staff at Rye Street Motors in Borehamwood.
