WATCH OUT FOR S-TECSPORTS SCHERMBECK!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP in Schermbeck Germany.
I payed almost €8000,- for a Giant TCR SL in the size Large but I received a complete different color bike than orderded. S-TECsports owner Henning Schwiese is not willing to come up with a solution.
After i wrote him that I was going to use a laywer, he even dares to threaten me by writing "Believe me, you will not drive the bike in the next 12 month or longer". Even the assembly of the bike was a disaster. I had a lot of problems with the brakes and s-tecsports installed a wrong size Cadex handlebar. The handlebar is so small, it's only suitable for children up to 12 years. How can you assemble a Large frame with such a small handlebar? I have never had such a worse xperience! In my google review i have attached 2 emails from s-tecsports. You won't believe what the owner of s-tecsports (Henning Schwiesse) is writing to me.
Before buying my bike everything was possible. But after i paid the bike and asked for the right colour frame I experienced mr. Schwiese / s-tecsports as very aggresive. This is not what you expect from a german compagny. Read the orther negativ reviews on google and stay away from s-tecsports.
On s-tec sports Instagram page, you only see positive posts, but they're not objective. After I posted my experience on this Instagram page, I was blocked and my post was deleted almost immediately.
I'm not a fan of writing negativ reviews online; but s-tecsports Schermbeck deserve this review. Delevering a wrong color bike and then he even dares to threaten me instead of coming up with a solution for his huge, huge mistake. It's a shame that this man is a Giant dealer!
