EXTREME LACK OF COMMUNICATIO

MY shipments (Order 802602251012184 for 82,99 E) was incomplete. One photograph was missing and in spite of the fact that you accepted my reclamation, you were not able to deliver the missing photograph.
Even worse, I have paid the amount after discount coupon (enclosing the receipt of payment and your Invoice) but without success. As I need the product urgently I have placed a NEW ORDER and paid a FULL PRICE for the second time!

I had no issues with ordering and receiving their photobook. The quality is also really good and if i would order a photobook again i would order it from them.

The final product of the Professional Line photo book is excellent. The quality is at the highest level. I created the book in an online program. It is easy and user-friendly and met my needs, as I wanted a simple design. I created the photo book very quickly and easily. The shipment arrived in a few days. I am more than satisfied with the product. The production is very good, the paper is of high quality and the book itself is flawless. I recommend it to anyone who wants to create a portfolio book.

I like the design program and the fact that it allows the option to upload your own designed book into Adobe programs. It's also great that the library no longer displays photos that have already been used in the book, so you always know which ones you can still use. The book arrived today and it is truly premium! The cover is very special, the leather back cover also looks good.

Great. Quality of print was very high, software was easy to use. Printed photos were a bit darker than i expected.

Loved the creative process. The templates are easy to use, but look gorgeous. Very pleased with Saal digital.

Overall experience and the final product was great.

I have 2 young children, so I don't have much time to design a nice album. Your software made the design process relatively quick, with a few problems. First I designed using the web designer and no account, so my first project got deleted (my fault). Then I switched to the android app and created an account. Both designer app versions are a bit laggy and slow on the mobile phone. I didn't try the PC version. Uploading photos, and overall any button presses take long to process. This can get a bit frustrating at times.

But the creation process is very nice and fast. Collage templates are plenty any very professional looking. You also get a nice feel how the end product will look like.

Paying over the android app was also a problem, so I saved the project and finished the order in the web version. I have a mid-range phone with a fast connection, so it probably isn't a problem on my end. I order many things online.

Product arrived very fast around the expected delivery date. And the result is fantastic. Colors and quality is very professional. Photos shot on my mobile phone are nicely scaled over the whole page (50x30cm). Collage has very nice detail. Paper and cover quality is superb. Maybe the edges could be cut a bit, so they are not so sharp, but it doesn't bother me that much.

I hope the album will last a long time!
