SadaPay isn't what it used to be, that's true. But still, I find it to be considerably better than the options out there. I hope they can recover from this downfall. Stuff like better account statements (current ones are useless) and better customer support can go a long way.

I have been using SadaPay for almost four years now and am yet to cross an application that is so simple, so smooth, so swift and so easy to use! 🤩 The UI is extremely simple and all the features are amazing. I highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a Pakistani financial/banking app for everyday use! Great going, team! ❤️

Sadapay is just a chutiastic service with now customer service. They theft money from accounts and then no reply. I tried to pay a utility bill, they deducted the amount but bill was not paid

Biggest banking scam is happening under state bank of pakistan and no one is doing anything about it. first they give you good service for few days so you transfer your funds into it then they block your account with the funds in it so you cant do anything about those funds after that they stop replying on customer service.

SadaPay is the biggest scam! Initially, they provide good service, but suddenly they block your account along with the money in it and refuse to transfer your funds. They closed my SadaPay account without any notification, leaving me unable to access the 50,000 I had in it. Despite having proof in my email, they haven’t transferred the funds to my alternative account. They are complete fraudsters!

I'm using this app for like last 2 years and I have only one account with sada pay. still the restricted my access to account stating I have multiple accounts.
I asked the live chat support and also submitted form but still no updates. I need to urgently send a payment but stuck.
How we can trust you Sada pay ????
You will restrict the account and mention we will be able to get payment after 15 days on our other bank account. This is ridiculously wrong. You are not supposed to hold my payment.

24/7 Live Customer Support?? An agent is in my chat just laying there and seeing my texts but hasn’t replied to a single one of them.
My Card was charged at some random Google Place without any information out of nowhere, I never got an OTP or a Confirmation or anything that my Card has been charged not even a Text, It’s been 3 Hours and I’m struggling to get in touch with these A-Holes, On Live Chat, there is this guy named Wajid sitting idle in the chat, he is in the chat but not replying to my single text, I’ve been texting them again and again and I’ve been trying to get in touch with someone at the helpline but not even a single person is answering the call, it kept ringing and exactly after 6Minutes it says goodbye, what am I supposed to do? Just let it go?
Anybody reading this review I pray that you never use this BULLSHIT as a Savings Account for even a single penny!!!!!!!!!!!

they are scamming people, there are hundreds of people on their facebook page who have got their account blocked without any reason or if there’s a reason the sadapay is not responding to them, their helpline is denying every possible solution by saying they dont have information on anything not even transactions and can only be addressed by email address or even facebook page, if you ask about their office they get hesitate, they have been in touch for 24/7 they will reply your email with some of their own wordings and automatic generated answers but wont transfer your money to alternate account it is about to be month and they are just giving lame excuses

I had an account with Sadapay and used my Sadapay Mastercard to subscribe to TwitterX Bluetick. After the first month, I decided not to renew my subscription, so I froze my card to prevent any further charges. Despite this, TwitterX repeatedly attempted to charge my card, which was automatically declined because it was frozen. This cycle continued for a week, and I continued to receive notifications.

Then, I got an email from Sadapay stating that my account would be suspended. I explained to their team that I had frozen my card specifically to block any payments to TwitterX. However, they informed me that this violated their terms and conditions, and I needed to complete a form to request a refund. I filled out the form five or six times and contacted them via email multiple times, but after more than a month, I still haven’t received my refund.

Each time I reached out, they assured me that my inquiry would be addressed within one business day, yet nothing has been resolved. I'm extremely disappointed with Sadapay customer service, and I’m sharing this experience as a caution for others. I typically don't post reviews, but I want people to avoid this app due to its poor service and handling of customer concerns.

I had a account of Sadapay
My account has been restricted due to decline transaction by my side. I understand this may be the security from Sadapay team but it’s past 18 days still my money is not refunded from sadapay. I already filled the form about Two different times for refund my amount but there is still not received. Sorry to say but very disappointed with this behaviour.
If account was to be secure or restrict they should give me the time so I would have transfer my money.

The app was very useful, but due to some recent changes in their polices they have messed up everything, their customer support is shittiest support that I have ever experienced, no proper contact features in place, while your money is stuck, you aren’t allowed to contact support
