Poor craftmenship
I had the misfortune of using this company on a project where they made enough mistakes, that the original bill nearly double for the next VVS to repair. Furthermore, when they found out about their mistakes they took their time and avoided my calls and emails until I had to find an alternative VVS, and later refused to discuss changing the bill at all, including services that they did not perform.
Update: This is a follow up on the response of the owners.
Here is a point to demonstrate me "forgetting" and the company 'not making it in the offer'. There was a washing machine and dryer in the room prior with the water in and out. In their quote they write fixing the water to the washing machine/dryer. They then put only the water in but not out pipes under the floor, and then wonder why I didn't bother mentioning that I meant both the water in and out(??). Their response here is in some way priceless for whoever is trying to figure out if they are trustworthy.

Du fordrejer sandheden. som vi har skrevet til dig adskillige gange så er der 2 scenarier. 1. vi afgav tilbud iflg. dine anvisninger og udførte, og sendte faktura på dette. 2. eftf. fandt du ud af at du skulle bruge noget mere afløb og her er det rigtigt at vi ikke mente at vi kunne løse dette på en ordentlig måde for dig. og ja så er det desværre korrekt at vi var for lang tid om at svare dig. dette beklager vi selvfølgelig herfra. men vort tilbud blev udført efter aftale at du så havde glemt at du skulle bruge noget mere har vi svært ved at se er vores skyld. du er heller ikke blevet faktureret for mere end det aftalte, til sidst glemmer du også at du selv har hyret uaut. arbejdskraft til bla. toiletopsætning mv. kig indad....
