Johan was extremely responsive which is unlike any other agents that we have dealt with when trying to book a safari. Typically, agents do not work weekends, whereas Johan was able to come back to us extremely quickly with availability for the camps that we were interested in.
Fast reply, kind employees. They gave me a good assistance thru my booking process for safaris via whatsapp. At the end i decided for another company.
Johan was very helpful and quickly provided me with a lot of information and alternative suggestions. Highly recommended for anyone looking for assistance in planning a trip.
I contacted Johan through SafariBookings.com, he was one of the fastest to get back to me and provided extensive detail with regards to all the options, and was frank and honest. I ended up not booking through him as we preferred a different lodge to the ones he could offer, but I’d have no hesitation as he has plenty of positive feedback on SafariBookings.com and he was extremely professional.
You could not ask for better, our trip was complicated as there were 12 of us. It changed by us many time and Jonathan just took it in his stride.
When eventually the group decided on their trip, Jonathan was very understanding.
