Easy to order and good price for Rab…
Easy to order and good price for Rab trousers but took 11 days to deliver by second class royal mail. After 8 days I e mailed to enquire whether item had actually been despatched and received a rather curt reply " ITEM DESPATCHED" curiously I received them two days later, the usual time for second class delivery !!

Waterproof trousers arrived quickly and were as expected. I did have to send an email to ask if they had been despatched as I hadn't been informed by email and my account still said awaiting payment. They responded very quickly however assuring me all was good and the trousers had been despatched the previous day.
